BBP was off-limits to visitors since April 28 due to surge in Covid-19 cases
BENGALURU:
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Bannerghatta Biological Park has been closed to the public since April 28 this year. However, the statewide lockdown has been relaxed from June 21 and the state government’s Technical Advisory Committee has given the nod for the reopening of the zoo with SOPs in place. Hence, BBP will open to the public from July 1.
