Bengaluru: In a major push to strengthen lake management and infrastructure development, Bengaluru East City Corporation Commissioner D. S. The Commissioner instructed officials to complete removal of the entire silt on priority before the onset of the monsoon. Boundary walls, compound walls, and lake inlets and outlets were inspected, and officials were directed to initiate action against identified encroachments and ensure proper maintenance. Priority rejuvenation and development works were ordered to be completed at the earliest.
