CHAMARAJNAGAR:
A ban on tourist arrivals in the district has been lifted by Deputy Commisioner MR Ravi. The ban was imposed on July 2 in the backdrop of rising cases of Covid-19. Hotels, resorts and homestays had been ordered shut.
Six checkposts to keep a vigil on visitors to the district have also been removed.
However, the district will observe a complete lockdown on Sunday till August 2.
