ACP (Traffic) Satish, who recently recovered from COVID-19 donated his blood plasma for treatment of coronavirus patients.
BENGALURU:
The city police have been badly hit by the coronavirus, but they continue to discharge their frontline duties bravely. Now, some of those who have recovered from Covid-19 are setting a public example by coming forward to donate their blood plasma. The blood of a recovered Covid patient carries virus-fighting antibodies and has shown promising results in treatment of the infection.
Recently, ACP (traffic) Satish, who recovered from the infection, donated his blood plasma and was lauded for the act by netizens and his own seniors in the police force.
He not just won the battle against COVID-19 but continues the fight against COVID-19 for others!
