The Liberia-flagged cargo vessel Pavel Grabovskiy has experienced a critical situation after a crack in its hull led to water leaking into the ballast tank. The ship, carrying nearly 3,000 tons of corn, was en route from Rostov in Russia to Turkey when the problem was detected in the Sea of Azov.
