Yemen’s Houthi rebels recently launched surface-to-air missiles targeting an American fighter jet and an MQ-9 Reaper drone, according to two U.S. officials who spoke under anonymity. Although neither of the missiles struck their targets, the incidents may suggest an enhancement in the Houthis’ targeting capabilities.
