The CCB police have arrested a man for uploading a fake video which purportedly showed a chaotic scene in Bengaluru’s Victoria Hospital.
The accused, identified as Sameerullah, had uploaded the video on his Facebook account. In his post, the accused had written that the video was of Victoria Hospital while it was actually of a hospital in another state. The video, which went viral, showed a crowd in front of a doctor’s room.
CCB sleuths nabbed the accused on Sunday afternoon.
