A FIFA employee, identified as Jack Coles, has been arrested in Miami over accusations of having sexual relations with an underage boy during a business trip. The arrest came after federal agents from Homeland Security led a detainment operation at a Coral Gables hotel near FIFA’s U.S. headquarters.
