Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the Union Budget for 2023-24 with a digital device instead of the traditional ‘bahi-khata’ in her hands. Wednesday’s Budget will be Sitharaman’s fifth Budget presentation as Finance Minister.
