Former Congress leader from Himachal Pradesh’s Sirmaur Harpreet Singh Ratan joined the Bharatiya Janata Party on Wednesday. This development comes a few days ahead of the state’s assembly election which is scheduled on November 12. The results will be declared on December 8.
