BENGALURU:
Apparently keeping safety considerations paramount following the corona virus outbreak, Bangalore Golf Club, one of the city’s elite clubs, has issued a closure notice that states: ‘Guests and affiliated members not allowed till further notice.’ The notice is signed by club secretary Sunil K Vasant.
Meanwhile, the Excise Department has clarified that it has ordered the closure of only clubs (CL-4 licence) and pubs with retail vending of beer (RVB) licences across the state.
