BENGALURU:
A derogatory poster bearing the words “Current Thief Kumaraswamy” and “Electricity Thief Kumaraswamy” was discovered affixed to the JDS office, JP Bhavan.
The BESCOM Vigilance Squad had recently filed a case against the former Chief Minister for allegedly obtaining an unauthorized electricity connection for his residential lighting. In response, miscreants decided to publicly ridicule HDK by displaying this poster.
The poster reads, “Remember, Kumaraswamy Current only allows for 200 units free, don’t steal more.” It sarcastically suggests that even if HDK were to engage in such activities, his honesty should still be acknowledged. Outraged JDS workers have accused Congress members of orchestrating this act to insult the former CM, HDK, and are demanding appropriate action against the culprits.
