 
        Tejasvi Surya’s home delivery initiative a big hit
BENGALURU:
The home delivery service launched by Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa on April 21 April has got a good response from the public, with more than 6,000 calls for groceries and medicines attended to so far.
Bengaluru South MP Tejasvi Surya posted on this social media profile: “BBMP’s ‘Homeline’ in last 3 days — the number of callers is 6,660. Orders received through WhatsApp are 15,231. At home, receive the necessary supplies directly to your doorstep by calling / Whatsapp at BBMP Home Delivery Helpline 080 6191 4960.”
Homeline is India’s first integrated voice and messaging platform, providing Bengaluru citizens with doorstep delivery of essentials through an ecosystem of 16,000 merchants coupled with delivery partners.
