Multiple Legal Notices Before Action

Under the BBMP Act, 2020, Sections 248(1), 248(2), 248(3), the City Corporation had issued:

  • Show-cause notice

  • Confirmation order

Despite several opportunities provided under natural justice, the owners failed to remove the illegal portions.

Following non-compliance, the City Corporation initiated a demolition drive as per the confirmation order, led by the Executive Engineern TC Ravikumar and enforcement team.
