BENGALURU:
The CBI special court has rejected the bail plea of multi-crore IMA scam accused Mohammed Mansoor Khan.
Mansoor, who has been in jail for over a year, had sought bail on Tuesday on health grounds. Senior advocate Sudarshan had argued that Mansoor should not be granted bail.
Meanwhile, CBI and ED officials have intensified investigations in the case.
