On Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, alongside his Mauritius counterpart Navinchandra Ramgoolam, paid tribute at the Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Botanical Garden. The leaders laid wreaths at the ‘Samadhi’ of Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam and Sir Anerood Jugnauth, paying homage to the monumental figures in Mauritian history.
