Income Tax Department Conducts Survey at Brigade Enterprises Offices; Company Says Operations Unaffected

Bengaluru: Real estate major Brigade Enterprises Limited has informed stock exchanges that the Income Tax Department conducted a survey under Section 133A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 at the company’s registered office and a few other offices.

In a regulatory filing submitted to the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE on December 13, 2025, Brigade Enterprises stated that the survey was carried out between December 9, 2025 and December 13, 2025.

According to Brigade Enterprises:

  • The company extended full cooperation to the Income Tax authorities during the survey
  • All required documents and information were provided
  • Business operations continued as usual and were not impacted by the survey process
