For strict implementation of lockdown without disrupting essential services, Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa has formed three Group of Ministers (GoM) who will personally monitor the things.
Deputy Chief Minister Dr C N Ashwath Narayan will head a GoM that will oversee supply of essential goods, including agriculture and horticulture commodities.
Revenue Minister R Ashoka has been asked to head a GoM to monitor the Public Distribution System (PDS) in Bengaluru.
Primary and Secondary Education Minister S Suresh Kumar, who is Karnataka’s COVID-19 spokesperson will head GoM that will focus on the lives of migrant workers.
