Kerala High Court on Wednesday stayed the proceedings in a cheating case registered against actor Sunny Leone, her husband Daniel Weber and their employee Sunil Rajani. The gist of the allegations against the couple is that they have allegedly breached the terms of a contract for stage performance and the case was registered under sections 34, 406, and 420 of the IPC in Ernakulam Crime Branch police station on August 2, 2019.
