The state health department was on high alert after it came to know that patient 36 had travelled in a Mumbai-originating train to reach Bhatkal in Uttara Kannada district.
Nearly 3 days ago, patient 36 was found positive for Covid-19 and was admitted in an isolation hospital in Uttara Kannada district.
