Water and Sanitation Minister Senzo Mchunu and Northern Cape Premier, Dr Zamani Saul, have hailed the public-private partnership between the Mining Leadership Forum (MLF) and the department, which saw the completion of the first phase of the Vaal-Gamagara Water Supply Scheme.
