A devastating explosion at the Ordnance Factory in Maharashtra’s Bhandara district on January 24 resulted in nine fatalities, allegedly due to negligence in machine repairs, according to officials. The FIR filed on March 8 names four officials from the defense production unit, accused of mishandling sensitive tasks.
