Stating that the normalisation of "radical elements" in Pakistan has been a part of Islamabad’s state policy, the Ministry of External Affairs said that 26/11 attacks mastermind Hafiz Saeed-backed party contesting polls has a "serious security implications" for the region. MEA spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said on Friday that New Delhi continues to monitor every development having an implication for national security.
