Former Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh has claimed that only Congress can ensure peace in the politically tense Manipur. Addressing a gathering in Konthoujam, Singh criticized the BJP-led state government, stating that despite their majority, they have been ineffective in maintaining peace and harmony.
