Health dept appeals to 33 individuals to report to hospitals
BENGALURU:
The state government is not able to trace 33 passengers who travelled in a ‘Rajahamsa’ bus along with Covid-19 ‘patient number 15’, and has appealed to these individuals to report voluntarily to nearby hospitals.
In a Facebook post, the director, Health and Family Welfare, has given details of the 35-year-old who returned from Dubai and travelled in the bus. “Patient number 15, 35-year-old Dubai-returned, travelled in Rajahamsa bus on 15:03:2020 scheduled from Satellite Bus Stand Bangalore-Kodagu at 11:30 pm — KA19 F3170.”
“33 passengers who travelled in this bus did not reserve seats, making it difficult for the Department to trace them. Hereby we request if you are one of them, call us on helpline number 104 or 08046848600 or 08066692000,” the post reads.
