BENGALURU:
The Department of Technical Education is preparing to conduct semester exams in June or July for students of state-run, government-funded and unaided polytechnic colleges.
Principals of all polytechnic colleges have been instructed by the department to take all necessary safety precautions in view of the pandemic.
As per the department’s guidelines, the exam premises, exam room, toilet, water storage tank and surrounding environment should be kept clean and hygenic.
Hot water should be provided to students and faculty. Masks, sanitizers, thermal screening and social distancing are obligatory.
