Karnataka cadre IAS officer SS Nakul has been appointed as private secretary to Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
Currently posted as Ballari Deputy Commissioner, Nakul is a 2010 batch IAS officer. Born in Kushalanagar of Kodagu district, he was in the limelight when he was widely praised for setting an example by having his wife admitted to a government maternity hospital.
