Following the heavy overnight downpour on Tuesday that lashed Koramangala and left many families stranded, Bengaluru South MP Tejasvi Surya has decided to inspect the area.
Tejasvi will visit the flood-affected areas in the entire BTM Layout assembly constituency along with local MLA Ramalinga Reddy. The inspection will begin around 2.30 pm from the Maharaja signal, Koramangala.
thebengalurulive had reported ‘Koramangala 4th Block submerged; 700 families cut off‘ (Read here: https://thebengalurulive.com/koramangala-4th-block-submerged-700-families-cut-off/ ), which left many families stranded due to the ongoing BBMP work on the storm water drain work which connects to Bellandur Lake.
Around three years ago, the Maharaja signal junction at 4th Block had seen similar flooding.
