A devastating accident on the Kwa River in southwestern Congo claimed the lives of 25 people, among them several local soccer players. Returning from a match in Mushie city, the vessel capsized under cover of night, suspected to be due to poor visibility, according to provincial spokesman Alexis Mputu.
