A memorandum of understanding was signed on Wednesday by the Tourism Department and Golden Triangle Fort and Palace Private Limited to develop Roshan-ud-Daulah, Chhatar Manzil in Lucknow, and Chunar Fort in Mirzapur into luxury heritage hotels.
