Bengaluru: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the final seat allotment results of the online stray vacancy round for UG medical and dental admissions, bringing the 2025 counselling process to a close.
According to an official statement issued on Tuesday, a total of 73 MBBS seats and 34 BDS seats have been allotted in this round. However, 26 MBBS seats remain vacant even after the completion of the final stray vacancy allotment, KEA Executive Director H. Prasanna confirmed.
Candidates who have been allotted seats must pay the prescribed fee on or before December 17 by 4 PM, after deducting the medical fee deposit, and download the seat confirmation slip. Allotted candidates are required to report to their respective colleges by 6 PM on the same day to complete the admission process.
The KEA has advised candidates to strictly adhere to the timelines, warning that failure to report within the stipulated time will result in cancellation of the allotted seat.
