BENGALURU:
Union Minister for Coal and Parliamentary Affairs Pralhad Joshi, was tested positive for the COVID-19, on Wednesday.
The Union minister himself had disclosed about contracting the Coronavirus through Twitter messages and said that he was asymptomatic and as per the advice of the doctor will be under home quarantine.

ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ಸೋಂಕು ದೃಢಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ರೋಗ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳು ಇರುವದಿಲ್ಲ. ವೈದ್ಯರ ಸಲಹೆಯಂತೆ ಹೋಮ್ ಕ್ವಾರಂಟೈನ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
I have tested positive for #COVID19 . As I am asymptomatic, as per doctor’s advise I am in home quarantine.
Joshi is the second Union minister from Karnataka for having contracted the COVID-19 disease, after former Union minister of state, for Railways, Suresh Angadi, who had succumbed to the pandemic recently. (Agency)
