Bengaluru: On the occasion of the sacred Vaikuntha Ekadashi festival, elaborate arrangements have been made for devotees at the TTD Information Centre and Sri Venkateshwara Swamy Temple located at 16th Cross, Vyalikaval, Bengaluru.
Providing details about the arrangements, K. Veeranjaneyulu, Chairman of the TTD Bengaluru Local Advisory Committee, said that comprehensive preparations have been put in place to ensure a smooth and comfortable darshan experience for devotees.
“On December 30, 2025, continuous darshan will be available from 1:35 AM to 11:45 PM. Proper queue management, drinking water facilities and other essential amenities have been arranged to avoid inconvenience to devotees,” he said.
He also informed that continuous Annadanam (free food distribution) will be provided throughout the day for devotees visiting the temple.
Laddu Prasadam and TTD Products
As part of the Vaikuntha Ekadashi arrangements, Sri Vari Laddu Prasadam will be sold from 2:00 AM onwards at the temple premises, priced at ₹50 per laddu, subject to stock availability.
In addition, special counters will be opened for the sale of TTD calendars and diaries for 2026, incense sticks and other TTD products. Officials expect around 70,000 devotees to visit the temple during the festival.
Tirumala Ready for Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan
Speaking about the arrangements at Tirumala, TTD Board Member S. Naresh Kumar said extensive preparations have been made for the Vaikuntha Ekadashi celebrations.
“The TTD administration has planned to facilitate Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan for more than 80,000 devotees per day. Priority will be given to common devotees, and special care has been taken to ensure proper food and beverage arrangements for those waiting in queues,” he said.
He added that crowd management, safety and security measures have been strengthened to ensure a peaceful and orderly darshan experience.
Cultural Programmes
To mark the auspicious occasion, the Hindu Dharma Parirakshana Trust (HDPP), Bengaluru, has organised devotional music and cultural programmes throughout the day at the temple premises.
Appeal to Devotees
TTD officials have appealed to devotees across Bengaluru and nearby areas to participate in large numbers and seek the divine blessings of Lord Sri Venkateshwara Swamy during the Vaikuntha Ekadashi celebrations.
