Barely 24-hours, Rowdy sheeter Slum Bharat was encountered by cops, few youngsters were caught on CCTV camera with lethal weapon targeting rival gangs.
The incident is recorded in CCTV in Nandini layout. It is said that the incident took place on February 26.
