Air Force Station Yelahanka Conducting Air Force Marathon On 01 October 2023
BENGALURU:
To mark the 91st anniversary of the Indian Air Force, Air Force Station Yelahanka is organizing the Air Force Marathon on 01 October 2023. This event is open to the civilian fraternity, and would be flagged-off from the Station Sports Ground of the airbase at 6 AM.
Ladies and children are also invited to participate. The participation is free of cost, and the top three finishers in each category, viz. males (half and mini), and females (half and mini) would be given attractive prizes.
Those desirous of participating in the marathon can register themselves online, in half or mini marathon categories, by scanning the following QR code.
This marathon is yet another initiative as part of the IAF’s outreach programme. Under this outreach programme, AF Stn Yelahanka recently made some of its facilities viz. the station library and sports infrastructure available to the civil populace.
