The Assam government will ink significant MoUs with Japan and Singapore at the upcoming Advantage Assam 2.0 investors summit, according to Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. Japan plans to recruit 50,000 workers from Assam, while Singapore aims to hire local nurses.
