Now, the revised process mandates that citizens first obtain a Final B-eKhata through the official portal — https://BBMPeaasthi.karnataka.gov.in — before proceeding to apply for conversion to A-Khata on https://BBMP.karnataka.gov.in/BtoAKhata.

Step-by-Step Process for Property Owners:

1. Visit BBMP eAasthi portal and generate your Final B-eKhata using your property details.
2. Once issued, apply for B-to-A Khata conversion using the ePID number of your Final B-eKhata.
