Ecuador’s leading Indigenous organization, CONAIE, alongside leftist social groups, announced on Wednesday their decision not to back incumbent President Daniel Noboa in the upcoming April run-off election. They have put forth a list of proposals for leftist candidate Luisa Gonzalez.
