In a significant legal development, the Delhi High Court on Monday called for a prompt resolution to the bail application of MP Abdul Rashid Sheikh, also known as Engineer Rashid, currently jailed in connection with a terror funding case. The high court stressed the need for expeditious handling by the NIA court.
