Private sector companies leading the charge in gender equality and women’s empowerment were celebrated at Jordan’s inaugural Diversity Trailblazers Awards ceremony, held in Amman. The event, organized by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in collaboration with the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) and supported by the Kingdom of the Netherlands, highlighted businesses fostering inclusive workplaces and advancing women’s leadership in the workforce.
