The Odisha Assembly witnessed a heated confrontation between the BJD and the ruling BJP on Wednesday. The opposition accused the BJP of disrespecting the late Biju Patnaik by changing the date of the Panchayati Raj Divas, traditionally celebrated on Patnaik’s birthday, March 5, to April 24.
